Report Templates
ActiveReportsJS provides you with the two blank templates to get started with designing the reports.
The following table describes the available templates:
| Template Name | Description |
|---|---|
| RDL Report | For reports which grow based on the data from the data sources. |
| Page Report | For reports which require pixel-perfect layouts independent of data sizes. |
In the designer, from the File menu, select New to create a new report. From the New Report dialog, you can either choose RDL Report or Page Report as the template. A blank report with the selected template is created.
